  3. What is your return policy? We offer a hassle-free return policy for most unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns page for detailed instructions and any exceptions.
  4. Do I need to pay for return shipping? Yes, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, for damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Payments & Security:

  1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and payments (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and others) and secure online payment methods (e.g., PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, venmo).
  2. Is my information safe on your website? Absolutely! We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and payment details.

Order & Products:

  1. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Please contact us immediately by email at contact@brillastu.com to request an order cancellation.
  2. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We will work to resolve it promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
  3. Do you offer product warranties? Some of our products may come with warranties from the manufacturer. Please refer to the product description or contact us for details.
  4. What if a product I want is out of stock? We strive to keep our inventory updated. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification to be alerted when it becomes available again.

  2. Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes, we offer bulk discounts for certain products. Up to 20 products in bulk. Please contact us for details.
  3. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
