ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS AND HOW THEY'RE MADE

1. What makes brillasTU products special?
Every design at brillasTU is born from our passion for dogs and the desire to celebrate the special bond we share with them. We create comfortable and stylish clothing so you can proudly show off your doggy love.

2. Why does my order take a few days to ship?
Because each item is made especially for you! We operate on a "print-on-demand" model. This means we don't maintain a massive inventory. Instead, we produce your item (t-shirt, sweatshirt, etc.) only after you place your order. This sustainable process reduces waste and allows us to offer a wide variety of designs.

3. Where are your products manufactured?
We partner with a network of high-quality production and fulfillment partners, primarily in the United States, to print our designs on premium garments. This allows us to ensure quality production and efficient shipping times.

SIZING, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

4. How do I choose the right size?
A perfect fit is key! On each product page, you'll find a detailed sizing chart with specific measurements. We strongly recommend measuring one of your favorite garments at home and comparing those measurements to our chart to ensure you choose the correct size.

5. What are your production and shipping times?
Our process has two steps:

Production Time: Please allow 2-7 business days for us to create your item.

Shipping Time (after production):

USA: 4-8 business days (Economy) or 2-5 business days (Standard).

International: 10-30 business days.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

RETURNS AND ORDER PROBLEMS

7. What is your return policy?
Because each product is custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or if you change your mind. Please carefully review the size chart before purchasing.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?
We will fix it immediately! If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge.

brillasTU was born from our two greatest passions: the unconditional love for our Chihuahua, Macho, and our experience as Airbnb Superhosts. We wanted to create a community for people who, like us, love their dogs and enjoy adventures. You can read more about our story on the "About Us" page.

Our blog is an extension of our passion for hospitality. As experienced Superhosts, we share tips and tricks for travelers (especially those with pets) and for other hosts who want to create 5-star stays. It's our way of helping the community shine!
