Your satisfaction is our number one priority! At brillasTU.com, each item is custom-printed just for you, ensuring a unique, high-quality product. Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products, our return and refund policy is as follows.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged item, with a manufacturing defect, or a printing error, we are happy to assist you.
Reporting Deadline: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
Claims Process: To initiate a claim, please email us at contact@brillastu.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the problem.
- High-quality photos clearly showing the defect or damage. If the issue affects multiple products, please include a photo with all affected items visible.
Solution: Once we verify the issue, we will offer a free reprint of the item or a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the damaged item to us.
Returns for Size, Color, or Change of Mind (Not Applicable)
Because each product is created specifically for you upon request, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You ordered the wrong color.
- You changed your mind about the design or the product.
We strongly recommend checking the sizing guide available on each product page before placing your order! Measuring a garment you already own that fits well and comparing it to our sizing charts is the best way to ensure a perfect fit.
This model allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and reduce our environmental impact by avoiding overproduction. We appreciate your understanding!
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@brillastu.com. Once an order has been sent to production, we cannot guarantee cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the production phase.
Packages Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an invalid shipping address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you. You will have the option to have the package reshipped (reshipping fees will apply) or receive a partial refund for the cost of the product, excluding shipping fees.
