At brillasTU.com, each product is created especially for you the moment you place your order. This print-on-demand process allows us to offer unique designs and reduce waste, but it also means our processing and shipping times are a little different from traditional retailers. We appreciate your patience and assure you that the wait is worth it.

Processing and Delivery Times

Our delivery process consists of two stages: production time and shipping time.

  1. Production Time: This is the time it takes us to create your personalized item. Most orders are produced within 2-7 business days.
  2. Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, it is shipped via our partner carriers. Shipping time varies depending on your location.

Below you will find our total delivery estimates (production-shipping). Please note that these are estimated times and are not guaranteed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout screen and are based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

International Shipping

 We ship to several countries around the world. Please note the following for international orders:

Customs Fees and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees and import taxes. brillasTU.com is not responsible for delays due to customs. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the local customs authority.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 If your order tracking information indicates it has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
  2. Check with your neighbors or at your building's office to see if the package was accepted on your behalf.
  3. Contact your local post office for more information.

brillasTU.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. However, we will do our best to help you locate your package.
